Bootstrap 4 Introduction
Bootstrap is a free, Open-source and most popular HTML, CSS, and JavaScript framework for creating Responsive Web Applications. Bootstrap was developed by Mark Otto and Jacob Thornton at Twitter, in August 2011 on GitHub.
Bootstrap 4 is the latest version with new components, faster stylesheet and more responsiveness. Bootstrap 4 supports all major browsers and platforms except Internet Explorer 9 and its previous version is not supported.
